After buying other brands of left-handed scissors, this is the only one that has lasted more than a week. The blade fastener is substantial; the others had a small press fit plastic insert that broke if I tried to cut anything but paper. Simply cutting a plastic cat litter bag was enough to destroy them. Thanks for a great product!

This was my Xmas gift to my daughter-in-law who is a left-handed paramedic. The ambulance service provides shears that work for others, but not for her. Right-hand trauma scissors are cheap, but they don't work for lefties. She often needs to cut clothing from accident victims so that she can save their lives. Now she can!
