As soon as I saw my left handed child handle these scissors, I knew it was a good product. I could see the difference in the cutting project right away. Whether it's the quality of the scissors or the lefty design, I don't know, but they are wonderful for my daughter. Hurray! I found them.

Someone knows that left-handed preschoolers NEED left-handed scissors the most of all lefties, as they are just learning to cut. This leftie was always labeled 'soppy, doesn't cut on the line' because I couldn't SEE the line! As adults we learn to tip right-handed scissors to see the line but to expect that of a 3 or 4 year old is crazy. Shame on Fiscars who claim on their kids' scissors package that they are for right and left handed kids, yet they make and sell an expensive pair of left-handed seamstress scissors!

I searched all over in the stores for children's true left handed scissors (with reversed blades) and was unable to find them. Even checked in teacher's educational shops. Was very pleased to find this website which offered these. . These were bought for a 3 year old that is in preschool. We are thinking of ordering more for his lefty schoolmates.
